Ability to create rule specific Usage Policy text
As an Admin I have a wide variety of use cases for Usage Policys. Sadly right now it seems I can only set one Custom Text for the Usage Policy.
In a optimal situation I would like to display different Text of the Usage Policy depending on what rule is triggered.
Example:
Rule 1 is triggered for HID and tells the user HID devices are allowed if they have been provided by the Company.
Rule 2 is triggered for a special Testing Group within the organisation for every printer that is usually blocked. This tells them they can use this…2 votes -
Inventory Daten dediziert löschen
DriveLock sollte die Möglichkeit besitzen, Inventorydaten dediziert zu löschen. Hierbei sollten zwischen Drives / Devices / Applikationen usw. unterschieden werden können.
In Kundenumgebungen die schon über mehrere Versionen hinweg bestehen, ist die Auswertung der Daten derzeit einfach zu unübersichtlich. DIe Möglichkeit den Rechner aus dem Operations Center zu löschen und danach das Inventar neu einzulesen ist m.E. nicht ausreichend.3 votes -
Want to remote write volume.id files (from DOC).
We do need a feature to write volume.id files remotely.
This should be implemented via DOC.
We can not install the DMC everywhere on clients, just to write
a volume.id. Also the device (production machines) are to heavy
to carry them into the IT department for whitelisting.
Signing the volume.id with password would be fine for us,
we don't need it full implemented, like signing with certificates.2 votes -
Analog zur Cross-Network Protection bei WIFI soll diese auch bei 2 LAN Verbindungen blockieren können
Drivelock bietet bereits die Funktionalität bei einer bestehenden Ethernetverbindung WIFI zu blockieren. (adminhdb S136 4.1.2). Der Wunsch ist nun das bei einer bestehenden EthernetVerbindung eine weitere EthernetVerbindung (egal welcher BUS) automatisch blockiert werden kann, um so auch ein Bridging mittels 2 LAN Adaptern zu unterbinden.

Report Column Values change to GB or MB instead of Bytes.
When we export a report, we currently only view the data numerical values in bytes.
Can we have the option to change the data values in a column to MB or GB instead of bytes.

Drivelock reporting columns missing
When creating a report of an event, the exported view of the report is locked to the width of an A4 Page. Thus removing columns of information from the exported pdf document.
our quick fix is to adjust the column spacing prior to exporting which makes the document text wrap the information, this fits more information into the pdf.
can we add other methods of export (eg-CSV) to include and the missing columns (columns pasted outside the A4 parameters).

excel time stamp not displaying time and date
When exporting an event to excel, the timestamp column only displays the date. the column however holds information of both time and date.
we have to manually create a custom catergory in excel for that column.
1) Select the time stamp column right click the "column letter" and select "Format cells" as shown below.
2)select "Custom" under "Category" and create a new format by typing under the "Type:" option
d/mm/yyyy h:mm:ss AM/PMand select "OK"
can we separate the date and time category? or find a way on export to display both time and date of timestamp without extra steps.

Make inventory data acessible via REST API or oDATA interface
It would make it a lot easier to identify gaps between my AD computers and my DriveLock devices if there would be an API interface, either as oDATA or REST API implementation. While there is a way to export all these lists and view to CSV and import them into Power BI, connecting a live data source would be so much easier....

Offer the possibility to remove the "blur" effect in the PBA
It should be possible to remove the "blur" effect in the PreBoot Authentication.
For customers who, for example, store a background image with company data in case the device is stolen / lost, this is not practical.
The "Show Pre-Boot User Information Message" feature is not really useful here, as probably only a few people will click on the small message icon at the bottom right of the screen. Alternatively, of course, this feature could be reworked to make this more present.5 votes -
Autostart/delay/non-autoplay of awareness campaigns
We have set the trigger for "start campaign" to "at logon".
Logon can take up to one minute for us. But the video sometimes starts already in the background, before the desktop is visible.
If the campaign consists of a 3 minute video, the user misses 1/3.
We need a way to to set a delay (1-X Minutes) for the "immediate start".
An alternative way would be that the window apperas and the user has to click the "play" button himself.

Controlling Defender Core Isolation with Drivelock Policy Setting
It should be possible to control the memory integrity setting of the Core Isolation Feature within the Windows Defender Antivirus via Drivelock policy.
In addition, you should be able to hide the feature for your clients.

DOC Should integrate AD attributes first- and last-
For company using number as login name it is not easy for DOC admin to identifiy on which PC a user is working. The DOC should integrates in the views operation>computers and operation>users the AD attributes firstname and lastname in order to be able to quickly identify loginname with real user. The column chooser functionallity should of course offers this two new attributes to be shown.

Selectable positioning of the dialog box for user notifications of the agents
It would be helpful for the user if the agent user notification dialog could be moved to a selectable position. Currently, this pops up in the lower right corner.
On devices with visualizations for operation in the plant area, operation and acknowledgement buttons of the UI are blocked in this situation.
It would be convenient to define the positions left-up, left-down, etc. via configuration in the MMC or via integration of the handling of the window position in the agent as last-position-as-default.1 vote -
Netzwerkconnection anhand des primären DNS-Suffix bei jedem Verbindungsaufbau
Wir würden gerne die Netzwerkrichtlinien von Drivelock nutzen, damit die verwalteten Clients sich ausschließlich mit unserem Domänennetzwerk verbinden und im laufenden Betrieb auch die Netzwerkschnittstellen wechseln können. Dies würden wir gerne anhand des primären DNS-Suffix abfragen.
Momentan gibt es diese Möglichkeit bereits, doch wird diese Abfrage lediglich einmalig abgefragt und nicht bei jedem erneuten Verbindungsaufbau.
Wir wollen unseren Clients ermöglichen, dass sie sich sowohl über Wlan, als auch über Kabel verbinden und auch während einer Sitzung wechseln können.
Um dies zu erreichen, müsste unter dem Kartenreiter "Action" im Eigenschaftenfenster der Netzwerkrichtlinien eine Auswahl ähnlich wie "Disable network connection until new…3 votes -
Support Imprivata credential provider
For synchronization of users/credentials and for a Windows SSO after successful authentication of the user at the DriveLock PBA, a connection of the DriveLock Credential Provider to the Credential Provider of the Imprivata Agent is required (Credential Provider Wrapper).

BitLocker Protector Status
It should be possible to find / filter clients in the DoC for which the protector status of the BitLocker encryption has been disabled. Currently, clients with this status are displayed as OK / Green, although the devices might be vulnerable.

License in use view for cloud customers
We want to have a License in Use view (Cloud) same or similar way as it exist for DriveLock onPrem installations.

Ability to remove management audit events via Policy
There are multiple events which are logged in the console, like Event-ID 910 (DriveLock Management Console started) which are not necessary. It would be good to be able to remove them with the DriveLock Management Console like the other events until Event-ID ~750

Format BitLocker2Go USB removables like in Encryption2Go
In Encryption2Go it is possible to format the USB removables before encryption and keep the data if necessary - these options are completely missing in BitLocker2Go.
