Customizing Multiple-Line-Chart-Widgets
Für eine übersichtliche Gestaltung eines Custom Dashboards sollte es möglich sein, Multiple-Line-Charts Widgets zu customizen.
Beispiel UseCase wäre die Darstellung der Auslastung und Verteilung auf die einzelnen LinkedDES.
Zweiter UseCase, wie veile Events von einem bestimmten Type oder ID sind über eine Woche aufgetreten.2 votes -
Überwachung von Druckjobs
Ich wünsche mir eine Funktion ähnlich dem Dateifilter für das Drucken von Dokumenten.
Dieser soll primär überwachen wo und was gedruckt wird. (Wer, Wann, Wo (Netzwerk-Drucker, lokaler Drucker) und Was (Dateiname + Erweiterung)
Sekundär wäre später wünschenswert bspw. die Klassifikation (Digitales Label) von Dokumenten mit einfließen zu lassen.2 votes -
2FA für SB-Freigabe für local admins
Sollte das Adminkonto mal kompromittiert werden, könnte man über die SB-Freigabe leicht DL abschalten und Schadcode etc. ausführen. Da wir auch mit externen Dienstleistern zusammenarbeiten brauchen diese die Option der SB-Freigabe. Ebenso mein Stellvertreter. Um dies abzusichern, dass es auch wirklich die Dienstleister sind, hätte ich gern eine 2FA für die SB-Freigabe der local Admins.

Dynamische Benutzergruppen
Aktuell besteht nur die Möglichkeit eine statische Benutzergruppe im DOC zu erstellen. Für unser Berechtigungskonzept benötigen wir jedoch auch hier dynamische Benutzergruppen, da wir uns auf das Active Directory beziehen. Mit mehreren dynamischen Benutzergruppe könnten wir uns viele AD-Berechtigungsgruppe sparen und gezielt Geräte bzw. Laufwerke innerhalb vom DOC berechtigen.

Software Filterungsoption im Inventory - Nur aktuell installierte Software
Hallo, bei der Nutzung des Inventory und der installierten Software wäre es super, wenn es eine neue Filteroption gibt. Es geht konkret darum, dass Software (sowohl gerade installierte, als auch alte nicht mehr installierte) aufgeführt wird, die nicht richtig gefiltert werden kann. Es fehlt die Option nach Software zu filtern, die auch den Haken unter "Installed" gesetzt haben.
Im Moment muss man auf jede Software klicken, um zu sehen, ob diese auch installiert ist und kann nicht global filtern nach "ist wirklich auch gerade in dem Moment installiert".

Backend - Datenbank und Ereigniswartung - "aktueller Zustand" anzeigen
In der Übersichtsseite "Backend - Datenbank- & Ereignisdatenwartung" ist eine Übersicht des aktuellen Datenbank Zustands hilfreich um hier eine fundierte Entscheidung treffen zu können ob eine Datenbankwartung über den dort hinterlegten Schalter notwendig ist.
Sofern die Datenbankwartung gestartet wurde währe auch hier eine Statusmeldung über den Verlauf aufschlussreich ob die Wartung erfolgreich war oder auch wann diese Abgeschlossen wurde.

Kampagnen fehlen im DOC die Triger
Leider fehlen die Trigger wen die Kampagnen im DOC erstellt wird.
So bekommen die User nicht mit das für die Gruppe eine neue Kampagne erstellt wurde.
Bitte die Trigger wieder implementieren so das man einstellen kann das die Kampagnen nach Logon oder nach Event z.B. USB Stick einstecken gestartet werden soll.2 votes -
Agent Autoupdate Build-Level Management
Automatic Agent Update should support Agent-Build-Levels to get rid of the unreal timestamp workaround in the auto update scheduler.
i.e. if I want to update my Agents to a certain Build, please add a selection of builds so that the Auto-Update-Feature could stay valid and active. If a new Agent-Build was released, Agents should not automatically update until I approve or change the Build level in the Auto-Update-Configuration.

Possibility to define online remote unlock similar as the SelfService group settings
While unlocking BitLock2Go encrypted sticks via remote unlock the access is only granted to user (which are not in the allowed list) if in the Remote Unlock Wizard the option "deactivate enforced encryption".
We would therefore like to have an option to set this checkbox always similar to selfservice groups where this is possible to be (Optional) set / disabled. This could be for example a role permission which is enabled for the helpdesk role.2 votes -
Ability to create rule specific Usage Policy text
As an Admin I have a wide variety of use cases for Usage Policys. Sadly right now it seems I can only set one Custom Text for the Usage Policy.
In a optimal situation I would like to display different Text of the Usage Policy depending on what rule is triggered.
Example:
Rule 1 is triggered for HID and tells the user HID devices are allowed if they have been provided by the Company.
Rule 2 is triggered for a special Testing Group within the organisation for every printer that is usually blocked. This tells them they can use this…2 votes -
Analog zur Cross-Network Protection bei WIFI soll diese auch bei 2 LAN Verbindungen blockieren können
Drivelock bietet bereits die Funktionalität bei einer bestehenden Ethernetverbindung WIFI zu blockieren. (adminhdb S136 4.1.2). Der Wunsch ist nun das bei einer bestehenden EthernetVerbindung eine weitere EthernetVerbindung (egal welcher BUS) automatisch blockiert werden kann, um so auch ein Bridging mittels 2 LAN Adaptern zu unterbinden.

Report Column Values change to GB or MB instead of Bytes.
When we export a report, we currently only view the data numerical values in bytes.
Can we have the option to change the data values in a column to MB or GB instead of bytes.

Enc2Go should be able to reformat new USB Sticks to exFAT, even Sticks are already formatted to NTFS or exFat
Today the Encryption to Go feature is able to reformat the physical USB sticks only from FAT32 -> to exFat or NTFS.
We want to have a feature that the USB stick will be always reformatted for example to exFat, regardless which Filesystem is current used by the USB stick. This feature would help to always cleanup USB sticks during container creation, and would help to move from NTFS formatted sticks back to exFat. Which is otherwise a manual task (not possible in a large environment).2 votesWe will pursue this idea further, taking into account the voting in this forum, among other aspects, before including it in the detailed product backlog for the next version.

DOC configuration options for agent status outdated policy
as soon as a new version of a policy is published, the computer status in the DOC change to Warning outdated policy. This should be configurable with either an offset ( policy version is not smaller than actual policy - offset ) or with a number of days ( new policy version exists since X days but still not deploy on the agent)

DUO MFA Compatibility
We use Cisco sDUO as MFA for Windows. Unfortunately, the compatibility in connection with the PBA is missing here and thus no users are synchronized automatically.

Automatic Recovery Key Backup in EntraID
It would be nice if the Drivelock agent would initiate the Powershell command "BackupToAAD-BitLockerKeyProtector" everytime the agent sets or changes the recovery key.
This would help to utilize the self-service from myaccount.microsoft.com for the end user to get their recovery keys via another device on their own.1 vote -
Erweiterung der zeitlichen Steuerung für temporäre Freigaben in Device/Drive Control (DOC)
Im Zuge der Migration von Funktionen aus der DMC nach DOC ist uns aufgefallen, dass temporäre Freigaben für Geräte und Laufwerke aktuell auf 35.700 Minuten begrenzt sind. In der DMC konnte der Zeitraum frei gewählt werden. Ist das so gewollt oder gibt es einen techn. Erklärung?
Gerade für längerfristige Ausnahmen (z. B. Smartphones, USB Drives für den tägl. Gebrauch oder ext. HDD's, die jeweils jährl. rezertifiziert werden müssen) ist diese Einschränkung unpraktisch und führt zu unnötigem Verwaltungsaufwand.
Alternativ wäre es auch möglich, wenn Regeln selbst auch zeitlich befristet werden könnten (Start- und Enddatum). Nach Ablauf des definierten Zeitraums sollten sie…

Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit von Windows-Toast-Benachrichtigungen in Application Control und Port Control
Im Rahmen der Barrierefreiheitsanforderungen möchten wir einen Feature Request für DriveLock Application Control und Port Control einreichen.
Aktuell werden die Windows-Toast-Benachrichtigungen von DriveLock nicht von Screenreadern (z. B. NVDA) vorgelesen, sofern die Benachrichtigung nicht im Fokus ist.
Dadurch können sehbehinderte oder blinde Anwender sicherheitsrelevante Benachrichtigungen nicht wahrnehmen.
Wir wünschen uns daher eine Anpassung der Implementierung, sodass die von DriveLock erzeugten Windows-Toast-Benachrichtigungen von gängigen Screenreadern zuverlässig erkannt und vorgelesen werden, ohne vorher durch ein Klick das Fenster in den Fokus gerät.
Die Umsetzung dieses Anliegens ist für uns von hoher Priorität. Daher würden wir uns über eine Einschätzung freuen, mit welchem…

Feature Request – Native Let's Encrypt / ACME-Integration für automatisierte Zertifikatsrotation (90-Tage-Zyklen)
Beantragt wird die Implementierung einer nativen oder offiziell unterstützten Automatisierungsschnittstelle für das ACME-Protokoll (z. B. Let's Encrypt) zur automatischen Beantragung, Erneuerung und Bindung von SSL/TLS-Zertifikaten für den DriveLock Enterprise Service (DES) und das DriveLock Operations Center (DOC).
DriveLock sollte den Prozess durch eine integrierte Automatisierungslogik übernehmen, die im Hintergrund nahtlos mit ACME-Clients wie win-acme interagiert oder einen nativen ACME-Client in den DES integriert.
Eine robuste Umsetzung sollte folgende Kernfunktionen umfassen:
Zertifikats-Beantragung & Renewal-Triggering: Ein konfigurierbarer Job innerhalb der DriveLock-Konsole, der (ähnlich wie win-acme per Scheduled Task) rechtzeitig vor Ablauf (z. B. an Tag 60) die Erneuerung anstößt.

Hi,
when using Self Service for application control, we have communicated the following settings to our administrative users, when installing software.1) Start Self-Service before starting the installation proccess
2) Disable Application Control during Unlock Period, Add Application launched... (checked), Executable files added to the local hash database: FIles written during unlock period (checked), Require user approval .... (checked)
