1. idgard sync Abfrage der Zugangsdaten bei laufender Sitzung reduzieren

   Die Anmeldung von Idgard Sync wird erneut abgefragt, wenn man den Laptop gesperrt hat (oder zusammengeklappt hat). Hier sollten die Anmeldedaten nicht jedesmal abgefragt werden. Ähnlich auf Smartphones.

2. idgard (potential) downtime

   There should be a way for users to register/sign up to receive automatic emails from the system when maintenance or other activity is planned and may/will result in the system being down or unavailable. The current notifications are only visible when you log into idgard, so even when there is several days of advance notice, users may miss seeing the notice if they do not log in to the system before the planned activity date.

   This is especially critical for users in the Americas region because planned maintenance seems to always occur during our working hours despite requests for different scheduling so we need to know well in advance and reliably that idgard may not be available on a particular day in order to have alternative arrangements for file sharing if this is needed.
