Need a DriveLock REST API for use with PRTG Network Monitor.
We do need the DOC functionality as a REST API, as we want integrate some
views within our Network Monitor Tool "PRTG".
And once it is implemented, we do need a official REST API documentation.
For example, when we define a DOC View for Computers/Agents with heartbeat was more than4weeks ago, then we want to create a REST API call from it, to view them within our PRTG Monitor tool,
without the needs to login into DOC. Similar like it works with SentinelOne.1 votereleased since 2023.1

Want to have the DOC Standard View for "Unknown (>3w)" configurable.
We do need the DOC Standard View for all Clients "Unknown (>3w)" configurable
so we can define also a view for Agents whose last system heartbeat was more than1month, >3month, >6month, >9month and >12month ago; their status is unknown

API implementation
In order to enhance integration with workflow tools in a company to automate certain processes (f.e. update whitelists in DL policies, etc), it would be interesting to have available an API in DES

DOC: Run commands on groups and multiple computers
Currently running commands can be done only on individual computers under DOC > Computers page. Suggesting to add the ability to issue commands on multiple computers under the same page mentioned above, as well as issue commands on group(s) under DOC > Groups page.
4 votesIt is possible to perform remote actions on several computers at the same time. Go to the inventory, select a group, select several computers and perform actions.

automatic license removal after x days
the license should be removed (configurable) after x days if the agent has not reported to the DES server.
If the agent then reports back to the DES server, it automatically receives a license again.
In the case of encrypted hard drives, it should not be automatically decrypted
the events that already exist should be retained until the default DES settings delete them
5 votesAgents no longer use a license after 30 days of inactivity, so the license becomes available.

Neue Spalten für DOC
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir würden gerne auf das DOC wechseln um nicht mehr das DCC nutzen zu müssen. Allerdings fehlen noch einige Kleinigkeiten. Es müsste die Möglichkeit geben Agents zu installieren.
Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn die gleichen Spalten im DOC für Computer verfügbar wären, wie im DCC. Wir vermissen z.B. folgende Spalten: ConfigID, File Protection, Gerätekontrolle, Laufwerkskontrolle, Bitlocker ist vorhanden, ...
Wir benutzen diese Spalten, um den Zustand der PCs zu überwachen, um z.B. fehlerhafte Konfigurationen sehen zu können. Bestimmte Geräte müssen bestimmte Policies haben und es müssen auch bestimmte Produkte von Drivelock aktiviert sein. Über das…

Awareness campaign with link
For a campaign via link to the Internet, it should be possible not only to open the link via the DriveLock window, but also via the standard browser. Possibly as an additional setting in the campaign or with a button "Open page in browser" on the campaign window. (or similar solution)
Unfortunately, the standard window does not display the entire content of a web page.1 voteavailable with 2023.2

DriveLock Operation Center: Filtering for devices that have not yet been assigned to a group
In DriveLock Operation Center you should be able to create a view or widget that maps the DCC help desk function "ConfigID [Computer]" and displays the assigned policy names.
Such a view or widget could be used to filter out and display the devices that do not yet have all the necessary policies.1 voteThe computer list view in the DOC meanwhile is able to display a row “Policies”, which lists all the policies with the assigned names.

Additional report period "previous day
In the DCC, regular reports can be generated and distributed to specific recipients per May.
We need to generate reports on a daily basis, which is why a "previous day" report period would be desirable. Currently, the smallest selectable report period is "previous week", which results in each event having six duplicates in reports.3 votes
