  1. Want to have the DOC Standard View for "Unknown (>3w)" configurable.

    We do need the DOC Standard View for all Clients "Unknown (>3w)" configurable
    so we can define also a view for Agents whose last system heartbeat was more than

    1month, >3month, >6month, >9month and >12month ago; their status is unknown

  2. Neue Spalten für DOC

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    wir würden gerne auf das DOC wechseln um nicht mehr das DCC nutzen zu müssen. Allerdings fehlen noch einige Kleinigkeiten. Es müsste die Möglichkeit geben Agents zu installieren.

    Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn die gleichen Spalten im DOC für Computer verfügbar wären, wie im DCC. Wir vermissen z.B. folgende Spalten: ConfigID, File Protection, Gerätekontrolle, Laufwerkskontrolle, Bitlocker ist vorhanden, ...

    Wir benutzen diese Spalten, um den Zustand der PCs zu überwachen, um z.B. fehlerhafte Konfigurationen sehen zu können. Bestimmte Geräte müssen bestimmte Policies haben und es müssen auch bestimmte Produkte von Drivelock aktiviert sein. Über das…

  3. Awareness campaign with link

    For a campaign via link to the Internet, it should be possible not only to open the link via the DriveLock window, but also via the standard browser. Possibly as an additional setting in the campaign or with a button "Open page in browser" on the campaign window. (or similar solution)
    Unfortunately, the standard window does not display the entire content of a web page.

  4. DriveLock Operation Center: Filtering for devices that have not yet been assigned to a group

    In DriveLock Operation Center you should be able to create a view or widget that maps the DCC help desk function "ConfigID [Computer]" and displays the assigned policy names.
    Such a view or widget could be used to filter out and display the devices that do not yet have all the necessary policies.
