Pre-Boot Domain Authentification
Leider kann ein Benutzer eines neuen Gerätes, das eine Festplatten-Verschlüsselung enthält, sich nicht beim Pre-Boot an der Domäne authentifizieren. Man muss zuerst das Gerät mit einer bekannten ID starten, um dann sich von Windows abzumelden und mit der Benutzer-Kennung an der Domäne anzumelden. Da führt dazu, dass die Verschlüsselung oft ad absurdum geführt wird, da die Erstanmeldung, die lokal durchgeführt wird und über das Image kommt, mittelfristig bekannt wird.

Bildschirmtastatur Surface Pro
Zum Login wird die Bildschirmtastatur vom Surface Pro benötigt.
Momentan wird dies seitens DriveLock leider nicht unterstützt und zum Login ist aktuell immer eine externe Tastatur (TypeCover oder USB) nötig.4 votesReleased with DriveLock 2019.2

Windows Defender Antivirus Integration
For years, DriveLock has offered a great anti virus integration for removable drives which was free of charge. It has been removed in version 7.8.x .
This feature was very convenient and could be reintroduce together with Windows Defender Antivirus (WDA). All the pieces for the integration should be there already.

DOC Companion should be part of ALF special rule DriveLock
Even if a "DriveLock" special rule is created to allow drivelock components to runf doc-companion is blocked by AC. DOC-copanion online and offline installer should be include into the special Drivelock-Rule.

Allow multi-factor authentication (2FA/MFA) for DOC login
Drivelock is a security tool connected to the Active Directory.
It should be possible to have consoles with dual authentication (MFA).
For me it is mandatory to avoid an hacker to do what he wants.3 votes23.2

please add for Bitlocker2Go the ability to support two password protectors like Encryption2Go.
Currently the product seems to offer the usage of an administrator password in combination with a user password.

API implementation

Additional report period "previous day
In the DCC, regular reports can be generated and distributed to specific recipients per May.
We need to generate reports on a daily basis, which is why a "previous day" report period would be desirable. Currently, the smallest selectable report period is "previous week", which results in each event having six duplicates in reports.3 votes -

Ich würde gerne im DOC in der Eventsansicht in dem Feld "Filter by Short test" auch gerne direkt nach Computern/ Usern suchen können.

Use SSL Connections per default when connecting to an Agent to retreive the pluged in USB devices
When I create a new whitelist rule to allow a specific USB flash drive, DriveLock allows me to connect to the client, where the USB drive is plugged in and retrieve its details (Hardware ID etc.) directly from the DMC. However, by default DriveLock attempts to connect to the client over HTTP even if HTTPS is enforced in the policy. My current workaround is to append the SSL port number to the hostname (e.g. dlclient:6065), so I can connect to the client over SSL.
It would be great if DriveLock would connect over SSL to the Agent by default, if…

Encryption
If the encrypted devices hang in the own network, the current credentials of valid users should be queried and be able to be used for the login (topic, among other things frequently changing users at a device, which would have to log in here for the first time). AD interface with existing network, valid network connection to allow user with valid AD account the first login (or after password change).

Defender management / Send e-mail alert from the server-side
I would like to receive an e-mail alert when a "Severe" Defender-event is fired. This might be possible to be done via SMTP on the agent/client which seems a little odd in 2023.
Such E-Mail-Alerts should be configurable for certain events on the server-side (Web-Interface).

operating system security should support conditional settings
Conditional settings cannot be used for firewall rules or local user/group configuration. It should be possible to differentiate definitions through conditional settings.

Add a column for policy order in the computer config details view
Currently there is no option in the computer config details view of the DOC to have a look at the order of how the policies will be applied on a device.

DriveLock Bitlocker with PBA - Autologon without a user
After the DriveLock Bitlocker installation with PBA, the PBA screen also appears if no user has previously logged on.
The DriveLock PBA should be skipped until the first Windows User has logged on.

Preinstall DOC Companion for All Users on a computer
Currently the DOC Companion can only be installed, when the user is also local admin on his machine.
But it's a really good security recommendation to separate users internet activities from admin tasks.
So we'd suggest to have an install procedure, that can be started from an admin command line or via a software distribution system.Add a configuration option to prevent the download/start of DOC_Companion.exe.
