Feature Request, Want to be able to boot into the Windows 10 Save Mode directly from the DriveLock PBA.
Today most modern Notebooks and Desktops are too fast booting so it is very hard to catch the blue Windows Save Mode Option SCreen by pressing quickly CTRL+F8
just after the PBA login screen. With our notebook series nearly impossible.
So we want to have a feature enabled within the PBA (enabled by DriveLock policy Settings) that when we press CTRL+F8
within the PBA, the system will authenticate (like pressing enter) but then go into the Windows SaveMode menu instead.
Although this is a valid concern and we see the customer value, this is not possible due to technical limitations.
After successful authentication we can only trigger the MS bootloader, there is no option to pass to this function which then could force Windows to boot the Save Mode. We have found no other way to bypass this limitation.
