USB-Laufwerke aus Regeln entfernen
Es sollte möglich sein, dass Einträge aus bestehenden Laufwerksregeln (DOC - Sicherheitskontrollen - Laufwerke - Regeln) entfernt werden können, indem man die entsprechenden Laufwerke unter DOC - Inventar - Geräte - Laufwerke vorher selektiert hat.

Possibility to define online remote unlock similar as the SelfService group settings
While unlocking BitLock2Go encrypted sticks via remote unlock the access is only granted to user (which are not in the allowed list) if in the Remote Unlock Wizard the option "deactivate enforced encryption".
We would therefore like to have an option to set this checkbox always similar to selfservice groups where this is possible to be (Optional) set / disabled. This could be for example a role permission which is enabled for the helpdesk role.2 votes -
Ability to create rule specific Usage Policy text
As an Admin I have a wide variety of use cases for Usage Policys. Sadly right now it seems I can only set one Custom Text for the Usage Policy.
In a optimal situation I would like to display different Text of the Usage Policy depending on what rule is triggered.
Example:
Rule 1 is triggered for HID and tells the user HID devices are allowed if they have been provided by the Company.
Rule 2 is triggered for a special Testing Group within the organisation for every printer that is usually blocked. This tells them they can use this…2 votes -
Report Column Values change to GB or MB instead of Bytes.
When we export a report, we currently only view the data numerical values in bytes.
Can we have the option to change the data values in a column to MB or GB instead of bytes.

excel time stamp not displaying time and date
When exporting an event to excel, the timestamp column only displays the date. the column however holds information of both time and date.
we have to manually create a custom catergory in excel for that column.
1) Select the time stamp column right click the "column letter" and select "Format cells" as shown below.
2)select "Custom" under "Category" and create a new format by typing under the "Type:" option
d/mm/yyyy h:mm:ss AM/PMand select "OK"
can we separate the date and time category? or find a way on export to display both time and date of timestamp without extra steps.

Autostart/delay/non-autoplay of awareness campaigns
We have set the trigger for "start campaign" to "at logon".
Logon can take up to one minute for us. But the video sometimes starts already in the background, before the desktop is visible.
If the campaign consists of a 3 minute video, the user misses 1/3.
We need a way to to set a delay (1-X Minutes) for the "immediate start".
An alternative way would be that the window apperas and the user has to click the "play" button himself.

Enc2Go should be able to reformat new USB Sticks to exFAT, even Sticks are already formatted to NTFS or exFat
Today the Encryption to Go feature is able to reformat the physical USB sticks only from FAT32 -> to exFat or NTFS.
We want to have a feature that the USB stick will be always reformatted for example to exFat, regardless which Filesystem is current used by the USB stick. This feature would help to always cleanup USB sticks during container creation, and would help to move from NTFS formatted sticks back to exFat. Which is otherwise a manual task (not possible in a large environment).2 votesWe will pursue this idea further, taking into account the voting in this forum, among other aspects, before including it in the detailed product backlog for the next version.

DOC configuration options for agent status outdated policy
as soon as a new version of a policy is published, the computer status in the DOC change to Warning outdated policy. This should be configurable with either an offset ( policy version is not smaller than actual policy - offset ) or with a number of days ( new policy version exists since X days but still not deploy on the agent)

DUO MFA Compatibility
We use Cisco sDUO as MFA for Windows. Unfortunately, the compatibility in connection with the PBA is missing here and thus no users are synchronized automatically.

When I'm giving a presentation and presentation mode is active, I don't want any DriveLock messages to come up. I want to be able to configure this centrally. The default setting is "No messages at all". And this must be a central general setting and not separately for each DriveLock module. With an extended possibility of this feature, the general switch can control the switches below it, if I want certain modules to show messages exceptionally after all, if I consider them important despite the presentation mode.

EDR new responses (email, snmp, ...)
actually responses definition include Powershell, Batch, Command line, Awareness and taken picture. It should be extend to E-Mail, SNMP Trap and Web-hook. At least E-Mail should be implement. That way one could decide to send E-Mail based on filtered event.
It is actually possible to send E-Mail for a complete event-type but not to define further condition under which the E-Mail should be sent ( user, folder, computer, etc, ...). Of course it is possible to write script but E-Mail is already there in the solution.
It sould be although possible to restrict the action repetition if one action (f.e…

DoC Freigaben in mehrere Regeln anlegen lassen
Es sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen, beim Anlegen von Freigaben im DoC (Laufwerke, Geräte etc.) diese mithilfe eines Multiselects in verschiedenen Regel-„Containern“ gleichzeitig zu erstellen.
Beispiel: Ich erstelle eine Regel für Stick A aus Event 111. Zudem habe ich Regeln für verschiedene Abteilungen in meinem Unternehmen definiert. Stick A soll nun in den Abteilungen 1, 2 und 3 freigeschaltet werden. Derzeit ist es erforderlich, den Stick in jeder dieser drei Regeln einzeln anzulegen. Durch die Einführung einer Multiselect-Option beim Anlegen des Sticks, um die entsprechenden Regeln auszuwählen, könnte dieses Verfahren deutlich vereinfacht werden.

Ability to configure DriveLock Explorer Context Menu entries for the new Windows 11 Context Menu.
As by current configuration, all DriveLock Explorer Context Menu entries are part of the Classic Context menu (Windows 10 style).
We want to have a feature implemented to place Context Menu entries direct into the new Win11 Context Menu (right mouse click)
so our endusers must not click at "Advanced Options" to find them.1 vote -
Administrieren und Gültigkeit prüfen von Code Signing Zertifikaten
Im Modul Application Control sollte es die Möglichkeit die in der Zertifikatsliste aufgeführten Zertifikate zu "bearbeiten"
- Auf Gültigkeit Prüfen > Entweder durch bereitstellen eines Links zur Zertifikatprüfung oder direkt in einer zusätzlichen Spalte. Wichtig für die Bewertung der Zertifikate
Sperren von Zertifikaten > Um bei Vertrauensverlust Zertifikate unabhängig vom Aussteller einfach zurückrufen zu können und sollte es ein Sperrfunktion geben.
Da die Liste aktuell keine Löschfunktion vorsieht, wächst die Liste über die Zeit stark an. Daher wäre aus administrativer Sicht ein Löschmfunktion wünschenswert.

Add option to uninstall agents without PBA through DOC
Allow for remote uninstallation of agents using commands in DOC that are not encrypted using PBA; add it to something like additional options. As our enterprise will have tens of thousands of endpoints, and having our support teams be able to uninstall agents without having to provide the password to users or using custom scripts that inject the password in plaintext is more secure for us.

Dynamische Benutzergruppen
Aktuell besteht nur die Möglichkeit eine statische Benutzergruppe im DOC zu erstellen. Für unser Berechtigungskonzept benötigen wir jedoch auch hier dynamische Benutzergruppen, da wir uns auf das Active Directory beziehen. Mit mehreren dynamischen Benutzergruppe könnten wir uns viele AD-Berechtigungsgruppe sparen und gezielt Geräte bzw. Laufwerke innerhalb vom DOC berechtigen.

Welche Kriterien oder Filter würden Sie zur Definition einer dynamischen Benutzergruppe heranziehen? Soll die Gruppenzugehörigkeit beispielsweise basierend auf bestimmten AD-Attributen, organisatorischen Einheiten (OUs) oder anderen Merkmalen automatisch erfolgen?
Ihre zusätzlichen Details helfen uns, den Feature Request genauer zu evaluieren und mögliche Lösungsansätze zu prüfen.

SB-Freigabezeit auf Standardwert automatisch setzen
Wenn man eine max. Zeit von z. B. 20min für die SB-Freigabe wählt, dann wird diese automatisch auch angezeigt. Ich würde aber gerne, dass als Standard 5min angezeigt wird und der maximal mögliche Wert z. B. nur 20min sind. Ich will nicht, dass jeder User autom. die maximale Zeit vorgeschlagen erhält.

AC Ereignisse um Spalte Prozess erweitern
In der Weboberfläche unter Analyse -> Ereignisse fehlt mir eine Spalte mit dem aufrufenden Prozess selbst. Die konkrete .*.exe würde ausreichen, der komplette Pfad würde es aber auch machen
Aktuell orientiere ich mich immer anhand der Spalte Zeitstempel. Wenn man aber eine Spalte hätte, bei der man den aufrufenden Prozesse filtern kann würde mir das sehr weiterhelfen, um gezielt den richtigen Prozess sofort zu finden. Hintergrund ist, dass manche Prozesse mehrfach (auch automatisch) aufgerufen werden und man sich mühselig erstmal durchklicken muss, bis man zum eigentlichen gesuchten Prozess kommt.

SB Freigabe auf konkrete Regeln in AC beschränken
Die SB-Freigabe sollte für die Module mehrfach hinzufügbar sein und in AC sollte dies auf konkrete Regeln eingrenzbar sein, damit z. B. nur eine Regel, die z. B. den Datei-Upload von Browser verbietet deaktiviert werden kann und nicht die komplette AC.
Weiterhin wäre die Umbenennung der SB-Freigabe im Taskbar-Informationsbereich für ein besseres Verständnis der Endnutzer sinnvoll, so dass man dies z. B. als „Upload entsperren“ oder ähnlich benennt. Wer dies selten nutzt, wird nicht wissen was mit SB-Freigabe gemeint ist, da Anleitung beim Endnutzer auch oft nicht gelesen werden…1 vote -

Some devices type like serial ports or parallel does not support drivelock group in white list rules. It should be supported everywhere.
